Postage Rates

In these times of uncertainty, we've decided to keep the costs of packing, tracking & shipping to a single, low & we hope affordable fixed amount, dependent only on the destination.

• Scotland/rUK/Ireland – £5

• EU/Europe – £10

• USA/Canada– £15

• Australia/New Zealand – £20

 

Please note that depending on your country of residence, you may incur additional import fees & taxes. These are typically payable to your local customs authority immediately prior to or upon delivery. You may wish to check your country’s rules before placing an order.

However, customers resident in countries like the USA for example, are permitted to import up to US$800 worth of goods without incurring any import taxes, fees or penalties whatsoever.

Typically the day before your order ships, you will receive an email from us with the shipping company's details and a tracking number with which you can use to monitor progress of your order. For your protection as well as ours, we use "signed for upon delivery" services.

How long does it take to ship?

Obviously, we relinquish some control once your order leaves our premises & therefore cannot guarantee delivery times due to variables such as weather, sudden changes in customs rules & political events such as Brexit, which has created additional delays into and out of the EU.
