When you purchase from us, you will receive a confirmation email with your order document or invoice attached.

If in stock, we aim to have orders packed & shipped within two business days. Note that occasionally due to national holidays (Christmas, Easter, Hogmanay, etc) it may take an extra day or two to get your items sent to you. For postage rates, click here.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed of course & the time to deliver is highly dependent on the destination. However, as a guide, expect delivery lead times as follows (business days):

• Scotland/rUK/Ireland: 3 - 5 

• EU/Europe: 10 - 15

• USA/Canada: 7 - 10

• Australia/New Zealand: 10 - 20

Please note that depending on your country of residence, you may incur additional import fees & taxes. These are typically payable to your local customs authority immediately prior to or upon delivery. You may wish to check your country’s rules before placing an order.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase. If purchasing from inside Scotland/UK, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns however, are at your own cost & we suggest using a postal service that offers “tracked & signed for”. If the goods are being returned due to an error or fault on our part, all your postal costs will be refunded. Please allow up to one week once you have returned your parcel for an exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.
